Shake Shack in New York, NY is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high‑volume operation, coach a diverse team, and ensure top hospitality and quality standards. You will oversee budgets, payroll, scheduling, and inventory while driving sales and profitability in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years GM experience, strong people leadership, and solid knowledge of health codes and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years GM experience in high‑volume restaurant.
• Operations knowledge including personnel management, food planning, sanitation & health codes.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations.
• Hospitality leadership and motivation demonstrated.
• Strong leadership with coaching focus and excellence.
• Knowledge of financial aspects; at least 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Flexible hours required.
