Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking an Assistant General Manager in New Jersey to support daily operations and develop management skills. You will help lead store teams, ensure service quality, and maintain brand standards across our travel plaza network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates, assign tasks, coach shifts, and develop supervisors.
• Step in during the General Manager's absence and maintain operations.
• Motivate staff, especially during low morale periods.
• Maintain brand standards and policies, ensure clean, inviting stores.
• Manage cash handling, daily reconciliation, and reporting per directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to foster positive relationships.
• Conduct spot inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
