Job summary

Taco Bell in Deer Park, NY is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help drive restaurant success by upholding brand standards and inspiring the team. You will lead by example, train staff, coach performance, and recognize achievements to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will assist in P&L management, cash control, inventory, labor, and health and safety compliance while collaborating with the GM on hiring, performance reviews, and operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience in training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and brand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee team adherence to Shift Excellence and food safety standards; act in GM's absence.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members; uphold equity and belonging.
• Support with Profit & Loss, cash control, inventory, and labor management; review financial reports.
