Taco Bell in New York is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and coach a team to deliver great guest experiences.

You will model routines, oversee operations, manage P&L and labor, participate in hiring, and ensure food safety and health standards are met. This role offers competitive pay, bonuses, PTO, 401k, and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with P&L, cash controls and inventory management.
• Ability to recruit and onboard team members.

Responsabilidades

• Model MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee shift operations, uphold food safety and Core excellence.
• Provide feedback and coaching; address employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing and hiring Team Members.
• Support P&L management including cash control, labor, and inventory.
• Review financial reports and optimize restaurant performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards and facility maintenance.
