Taco Bell Franchisee in New York is looking for an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You take ownership, solve problems, and guide others while ensuring safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include ensuring team members complete duties, managing inventory and financial accountability, and delivering safe, quality food in a friendly atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and analytical decision-making skills.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
