Eureka! Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager in Santa Barbara, CA. The AGM will support daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams while upholding our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume restaurant
• TIPs Certified
• At least 21 years of age
• Human Resources: Recruit, train, coach, counsel, and align employees; communicate job expectations; monitor, appraise, and review job contributions; enforce policies
• Strategic Restaurant Operations: contribute to the company’s strategic plan through daily dialog and formal reviews; implement standards; drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences by upholding hospitality standards
• Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to service excellence
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing to align with sales goals
• Assist in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor financial performance (P&Ls) and assist in revenue growth
• Partner with GM to implement local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Step in as acting GM when needed to ensure leadership continuity
