Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth, profitable business.
• Lead and motivate shift managers, crew members and staff to maintain excellence.
• Manage food preparation and presentation standards for quality and timeliness.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in all areas.
• Enforce Wendy’s policies to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Drive customer service with a culture of guest-first experiences.
• Assist in budgeting, cost controls, and profit target achievement.
• Support staffing, training, and onboarding of team members.
