Aimbridge Hospitality's Extended Stay America San Antonio – North is seeking an Assistant General Manager. You will oversee multiple departments, drive guest satisfaction, manage revenue and costs, and lead a team to run the hotel smoothly.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in progressive hotel roles; supervisory background required.
• Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid are required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments and drive hotel profitability with the GM.
• Identify and solve operational challenges to maintain smooth daily flow.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and oversee development programs.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and guests.
• Work with financial data to support hotel operations.
• Utilize Windows OS for reporting and management tasks.
• Uphold professional appearance and company grooming standards.
• Deliver friendly, service-focused experiences to guests and teammates.
