Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to help increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Work with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest count through core metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates using our internal training program and provide ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations, coordinating with the DM on initiatives.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction and goals.
