Jiffy Lube International in Olivette, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our service center management team. You will share accountability for driving sales, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing crew.

As AGM, you will mentor technicians and CSAs, participate in budgeting and forecasts, and ensure daily operations meet safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM through guest count and sales metrics.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Lead daily team huddles, set direction, and build engaged, high-performing teams.
• Assist in budgeting, sales forecasting, and expense control.
