Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is seeking an Assistant General Manager in St. Peters, MO to lead the service center team and drive revenue growth while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will collaborate closely with the GM, coach technicians and CSAs, and mentor staff through internal training programs. The AGM will help develop teammates, manage inventory and safety standards, participate in opening/closing duties, and support budgeting and forecasting to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Solid understanding of retail business and financial objectives.
• Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with higher guest count and lead measures (core sales, MultiCare, Core Plus).
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service to create an outstanding guest experience.
• Lead and engage the team; coach, mentor, and guide teammates.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations; ensure safety and cleanliness.
