Noodles & Company in Prairie Village, KS is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and coach teams, ensuring great food and welcoming guest experiences. You will drive operations, safety, and scheduling while partnering with the GM to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management (preferred).
• Lead a high-performing team with the General Manager to deliver operational excellence.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate conflict-resolution skills and strong verbal and written communication.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Identify high-potential talent and support growth through development and recognition.
• Follow operations, inventory, and food safety procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, expense control, and local restaurant marketing.
• Lead with a culture of food safety that meets company standards.
• Work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule, including openings, mid, and closing shifts, weekends/holidays.
• Meet physical requirements including standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Obtain and maintain required food-safety licenses or certifications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
