The role requires at least one year of management or leadership experience in food service or hospitality, with a focus on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and staff development. Occasional driving may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience (required).
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management (preferred).
• Leading a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence.
• Providing an exceptional guest experience and fostering a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Demonstrating conflict-resolution skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Identifying high-potential talent and supporting growth through ongoing development and recognition.
• Following operational, inventory, and food safety procedures to maintain restaurant standards.
• Assisting with scheduling, labor management, expense control, and local restaurant marketing efforts.
• Leading with a culture of food safety that meets standards for quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant staff and shift managers.
• Schedule and manage labor while controlling expenses for local marketing.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness across operations.
• Partner with GM on scheduling and opening/closing shifts.
• Drive local restaurant marketing initiatives to grow the business.
• Model leadership and accountability in daily operations.
