Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Costa Mesa, CA is recruiting an Assistant General Manager to drive sales and guest satisfaction in our service center. You will work closely with the GM to grow revenue, coach staff, and maintain high standards of service.

The AGM will lead daily huddles, manage inventory, and guide teammates through internal training programs. Strong communication and a guest-first approach are essential for success in this fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance always.
• Enjoys and is energized by a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
• Has a "Guest First" mindset.
• You must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through increasing guest count and lead measure performance; coach and deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead and develop teammates by leveraging internal training programs and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls.
• Provide clear and detailed direction to the team.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable service center per the Guide to Excellence.
