Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and lead measures.
• Lead and mentor teammates through our internal training program and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure our quality control measures are followed consistently.
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and ensure a safe, clean, and presentable service center.
• Assist guests with questions and needs in person or by phone.
