106 Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Auburn, WA service center. You will partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team of technicians and staff.

In this role you will coach teammates, manage daily operations, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM to drive revenue growth and guest experience.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Develop teammates through training and mentoring.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls.
