Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Renton service center. Play a key role with the GM to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and team performance at 3933 NE 4th Street, Renton, WA 98056. The AGM will coach staff, manage operations, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with understanding of retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and propose financial objectives to boost sales and service.
• Guest-first mindset with professional conduct and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to drive sales goals.
• Collaborate with GM to build revenue through guest growth and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and mentoring.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution with DM guidance.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable per guidelines.
