The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations across our Florida venues. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, oversee finances, staffing, and standards, and champion exceptional service.

With 5+ years in upscale restaurant management, you will mentor teams, manage inventory and menus, and collaborate with local vendors to source quality ingredients, while upholding the group's brand and community

Qualifications

• 5+ years in upscale restaurant management or similar
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams
• Experience with finances, inventory, and menu development

Responsibilities
