This role offers growth through internal leadership programs, access to education benefits, paid training, and a strong benefits package. Candidates need at least 1 year in an AGM role, be 18+, and can close the restaurant two nights weekly.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects, stand and walk for long shifts.

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
