You will supervise non-management staff, coach shift leads, manage cash and inventory, and uphold brand standards while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Learn important management skills and practice judgment and discretion.
• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates and coach shift supervisors.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure clean, inviting restaurant environment.
• Manage cash, inventory, and reports according to company directives.
