Qualifications

• Experience leading in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar leadership role is a plus.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest-focused mindset with a leadership example.
• Desire to continue developing as a restaurant leader.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and develop hourly team members and leaders.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and accountable workplace culture.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and development.
• Ensure high standards for food, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support labor management, inventory, and cost controls.
• Address guest concerns to maintain strong guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health and safety requirements.
• Step into leadership when the General Manager is unavailable.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities to improve team and restaurant performance.
