A&R Hospitality is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager for the Hampton Inn Metairie (Hilton). You will lead daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Breakfast and Maintenance, acting as MOD and the hotel's senior leader when the GM is away.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of hotel management or supervisory experience in a front office, housekeeping, or F&B leadership role.
• Hands-on knowledge of front desk, housekeeping and hotel operations.
• Experience leading and developing hourly teams and managing shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations for Front Office, Housekeeping, Breakfast and Engineering/Maintenance.
• Act as Manager on Duty and senior leader when the General Manager is away.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and brand standards, and drive guest experience improvements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, payroll, purchasing and expense control.
