Drury Hotels Daytona Beach is seeking a dynamic hotel supervisor to lead multiple departments and ensure exceptional guest service at our Daytona Beach property. You will coach and develop team members, manage daily operations, and drive quality, service, and profitability metrics across the hotel.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, a hospitality-related degree is preferred, and prior hotel experience is an asset.

Competenze

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.

• Role model quality assurance best practices each day with the team and consistently meet or exceed all measures
