Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking an Operations Leader to guide all hotel departments and drive exceptional guest service in Daytona Beach. You will train and coach team members, supporting their growth and delivering strong performance across quality, service, and profitability.

The role requires a minimum of one year of supervisory experience with a track record of leadership success; hotel experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
