Job summary

Drury Hotels in Daytona Beach seeks an Operations Leader to guide all hotel departments, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards. You will train and coach staff, drive quality, service, and profitability, and model best practices daily.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in hospitality or related field and at least one year of supervisory experience, with hotel background preferred.

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success; hotel experience preferred.
