Job summary

Staybridge Suites Montgomery - Downtown, an IHG Hotel, is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations of our 115-room extended stay property. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction, strong team leadership, and consistent execution of IHG brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of front desk and housekeeping operations.
• Experience with IHG brand standards preferred.
• Ability to manage scheduling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations.
• Lead and motivate F&B and housekeeping teams.
• Maintain guest satisfaction scores and service culture.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and procedures.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when required.
