Shorty’s North Shore in Pittsburgh, PA seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, collaborate with the General Manager, and drive guest satisfaction, sales, and labor management in a high-volume environment.

You’ll coach and develop a team, maintain standards for hospitality, food and drink quality, and ensure smooth shifts from opening to closing while delivering energy and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar, hospitality, or management experience.
• Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor with the team.
• Strong guest-recovery and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and retain team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Coach, train, and retain staff; build a positive, energetic workplace culture.
• Ensure outstanding hospitality and consistent guest experiences.
