Job summary

José Andrés Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Las Vegas to partner with the General Manager on flawless daily operations and guest experiences. This on-site leadership role focuses on team development, SOP adherence, and cost controls while embodying JAG’s culture.

The AGM will drive revenue, manage labor, and support inventory controls, safety compliance, and staff coaching across high-volume service periods.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive FOH leadership in upscale or fine dining.
• Experience leading teams on a busy floor with cost, quality, and compliance focus.
• Proficient with reservations and POS platforms and scheduling tools.
• Ability to coach, give feedback, and develop supervisors and hourly staff.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations to service standards across all dayparts and activations.
• Uphold SOPs, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, reservations, guest flow, and shift deployment.
• Drive topline through reservations strategy, upselling, and promotions.
• Support P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory controls.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach supervisors and hourly talent.
• Ensure guest issue resolution with empathy and timely recovery.
