Job summary

UFC Gym - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to represent the UFC Gym brand and ensure a welcoming experience for prospective members. The AGM will assist the General Manager in achieving membership goals and supervising the Membership Specialist team.

Responsibilities include driving membership sales, enhancing guest experiences, and developing a positive gym culture. Candidates should have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a minimum of 1-2 years of management experience preferred.
