Job summary

UFC Gym - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and member satisfaction. You will work alongside the General Manager and Operations Manager to manage daily club functions, leading team members towards achieving club goals.

The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, organizational ability, and be energized to provide a positive fitness experience. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in relevant environments.
• Current CPR/AED certification required or willingness to complete it.
• Must complete Kids Club Attendant training before working in childcare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise point‑of‑sales operations and maintain file organization.
• Drive club revenue goals and manage membership billing collections.
• Directly supervise and train front desk and kids club team members.
• Monitor club appearance and equipment functionality.
• Greet members and resolve complaints with professionalism.
