Hampton Chocolate Factory is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a hospitality-focused team and drive operational excellence. You will mentor staff, manage daily store operations, and partner with the General Manager to execute seasonal initiatives that elevate guest experiences.

With a hands-on leadership style, you will oversee cost control, labor optimization, and performance metrics while maintaining safety standards and delivering a memorable visit for every guest.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of high-volume F&B or restaurant ops with P&L oversight.
• Passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, cost control, labor optimization, guest satisfaction, and sales performance.
• Lead peak shifts with up to 15 staff and ensure punctuality.
• Mentor and coach team to build consistent daily habits for high performance.
• Collaborate with management to uphold food quality and translate guest feedback into improvements.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for the team.
• Analyze financial metrics to achieve monthly sales and profit targets.
• Report to leadership with detailed KPI documentation.
• Ensure health and safety compliance front- and back-of-house.
