Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Boulder to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold our guest-first service standard. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to implement action plans, manage labor, inventory, and financial metrics, and develop Team Members.

This role emphasizes leadership, adherence to safety and quality standards, and proactive problem-solving to drive profitability and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to adapt, manage budgets, and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA’s standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
• Coach and develop Team Members through training and feedback.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and labor management.
