Job summary

Genesis Hospitality and Dining LLC is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager for an upscale boutique hotel and restaurant. The ideal candidate will lead with courtesy, demonstrate strong leadership and customer service, and be willing to work weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays.

The role focuses on front desk operations, staff coaching, reservations management, and maintaining a professional, clean, and compliant environment, with support to the General Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all duties of the Front Desk.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory pars.
• Maintain a very clean work environment.
• Monitor daily reservations and make confirmation phone calls as appropriate.
• Record all deliveries (paper, produce etc) and any errors.
• Coach and support new and existing staff members.
• Handle customer reservations and requests over the phone.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff.
• Support General Manager as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
