Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead all hotel operations to ensure high guest service.
• Manage financial expenses to stay within budget.
• Identify capital needs and maintain property condition.
• Develop guest satisfaction programs for housekeeping and front desk.
• Review schedules and oversee departments (Security, Engineering, Reservations) and property interfaces.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of department managers.
• Collaborate with Restaurants, Catering, Sales, and Banquets to meet guest needs.
