Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of non-management associates and coaching shifts supervisors.
• Act in the absence of the general manager with sound judgment.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during low periods.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Address issues promptly and ensure adherence to policies.
• Maintain brand standards and proper procedures with landlords and labor relations.
• Ensure restaurant appearance meets brand standards and remains inviting.
• Oversee cash handling and daily reporting per directives.
• Address customer needs and sustain long-term relationships.
• Verify inventory accuracy with spot counts and checks.
