Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager in Davenport, IA to lead restaurant operations, build a strong team, and deliver great food with a friendly guest experience. You will reinforce Border Foods CORE values and manage the full scope of daily business.

This exempt management role requires 3+ years in restaurant or retail, strong P&L experience, and ServSafe certification. Top compensation reaches up to $100,000 per year plus bonus potential, with comprehensive benefits and career growth

Qualifications

3+ years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience/education
Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays
Exempt management role, minimum 50 hours per week
ServeSafe Certified
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
