106 Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our San Diego service center. This full-time, on-site role supports revenue growth and guest satisfaction by leading a team and driving core sales initiatives.

You will coach staff, manage operations, and ensure quality customer service, while supporting budgeting and forecasts under the GM. Prior retail leadership experience is required; automotive expertise is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and retail industry understanding.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and core sales initiatives.
• Coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences.
