Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a high-volume full-service operation with a bar.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Windows, and POS systems.
• Clear, results-driven approach with a team-oriented mindset.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and operational excellence.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Pre-employment screening required after offer.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant operational objectives and drive sales and profits.
• Lead by example as a manager to inspire team members, guests, vendors, and community.
• Ensure promises to guests and staff are fulfilled and equity across shifts.
