Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Richmond, VA. This role supports the GM in daily operations, drives profitability, and leads front desk activities across shifts.

You will coach staff, manage payroll, monitor budgets, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding Sandpiper and brand standards. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in hotel operations and budgeting.

Qualificações

• A proven track record of driving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing operations within major hotel brands (e.g., Choice, IHG, Marriott).
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Oversight & Manager on Duty: assume front desk shifts and uphold Sandpiper and brand standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: direct the work of employees, influence hiring/promotion decisions, supervise payroll, and conduct performance reviews.
• Financial & Sales Support: assist in cash management, budget control, and revenue management; conduct sales activities to increase occupancy.
• Quality & Guest Experience: meet guests regularly, monitor social media, resolve issues, ensure room cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Property & Asset Protection: protect company assets and guest information; provide backup for hotel operations as needed.
