Job summary

The Taco Bell franchisee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by leading shifts, ensuring Taco Bell standards, and delivering safe, quality food in a friendly environment.

You will supervise Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory and financials, uphold safety and service, and mentor staff. 18+ with 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred; background checks required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Make sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties
• Inventory management and financial accountability
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
• Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for employees and customers
