Responsibilities include managing P&L, expenses, inventory, hiring and training, and executing local marketing initiatives to boost sales and repeat business. Competitive base pay plus a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QSR restaurant management experience in team building, sales, customer service, hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Experience in P&L management, inventory control, goal setting, reporting results.
• ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team of 10+ to deliver guest experiences and maintain high product quality.
• Own P&L through planning, control expenses, ordering, local store marketing and brand initiatives to drive sales.
