Bojangles' in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with the General Manager to develop staff, boost traffic, sales and profitability, and maintain a customer-centric culture across shifts.

Essential duties include coaching, onboarding, and ensuring adherence to BoFood/BoLabor standards, while managing schedules, training and daily restaurant operations with a focus on safety and

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.
