Job summary

Bojangles' in Clermont, FL is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability by building a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities include developing team members, maintaining service standards, managing inventory and safety, and ensuring weekly performance targets are met. Flexible hours and weekly pay are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Experience onboarding employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Cash handling and bank deposits experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel, and lift 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Creates an inviting culture in the store where team members feel respected and valued.
• Communicates effectively with guests (internal and external).
• Takes an active role with all new team members.
• Demonstrates Bojangles’ Cultural Principles in every interaction.
• Subject matter expert, adhering to all systems and processes (BoFood and BoLabor).
• Upholds standards and takes corrective action when standards are not met.
• Empowers team members to maintain WOW guest service with every interaction.
• Understands the restaurant’s P&L results and how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales.
• Participates in inventory management and safety and security practices.
• Engages in all LTO campaigns during their lifecycle and supports training and POP deadlines.
