Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences in Southern Hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities include team development, adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems, inventory participation, and ensuring safety and service standards across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour workweek.
• Prior supervisory experience with coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
