Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality. The role partners with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities include fostering a respectful, growth-minded store culture, ensuring adherence to BoFood and BoLabor, and actively participating in inventory, safety, and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• People: Creates an inviting culture in the store and actively seeks growth opportunities for team development.
• Performance: Maintains systems and processes, upholds standards, and empowers staff to deliver WOW guest service.
• Profit: Understands restaurant P&L, drives sales, inventory management, and upholds safety and security standards.
