Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality and driving traffic, sales, and profitability.

You will work with the General Manager to develop a high-performance team and uphold a customer-centric culture in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in management, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching mindset.
• Experience onboarding employees at all levels.
• Experience with cash handling and bank deposits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• People: Creates an inviting culture in the store and values team members. Communicates effectively with guests and team. Demonstrates our Cultural Principles in interactions.
• Performance: Adheres to BoFood and BoLabor, maintains standards, and takes corrective action. Empowers staff to deliver WOW service.
• Profit: Understands restaurant P&L, supports inventory management, and upholds safety standards. Participates in LTO lifecycle and POP deadlines.
