Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience

Responsibilities

• Lead our teams to provide guests with exceptional Southern Hospitality.
• Work with the General Manager to develop and lead a team focused on traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Create an inviting culture where team members feel respected and valued.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Demonstrate BoCulture principles in every interaction.
• Maintain adherence to systems and processes (BoFood/BoLabor).
• Understand and influence R&M through manager walks and timely escalation.
• Monitor P&L understanding and inventory management.
• Ensure safety and security standards; participate in LTO lifecycle training and POP deadlines.
