Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Charlotte to lead teams in delivering exceptional Southern Hospitality. You will collaborate with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a focus on training and developing staff to uphold service standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• People: Creates an inviting culture in the store and develops growth opportunities for team members. Communicates effectively with guests and teammates.
• Performance: Maintains systems and processes (BoFood/BoLabor), upholds standards, and takes corrective action when needed. Empowers staff to deliver WOW service.
• Profit: Understands P&L impact, manages inventory with the team, and ensures safety and security standards are followed.
