Job summary

Bojangles Restaurants Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead teams and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while upholding a customer-centric culture.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills; you will model Boj cultural principles and manage operations, inventory and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.
