Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Experience leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain operational excellence.
• Ability to manage inventory, labor, and costs while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to foster a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly for memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.

• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
